There are various levels of service to meet your needs and budget. We can assist you with as little or as much as you need in planning your event from simply assisting on the day of your event to coordinating every detail or something in-between.

Each plan includes a free initial consultation. During this visit, we get to know you and your vision for your event. With that information, we can organize and plan your event by establishing a realistic budget and discussing time lines, details, and vendors that fit into your budget and needs. Whether you choose to have us involved in the entire process or only have the initial consultation, when you leave you will have a guideline tailored for your event.

Each package is divided into equal payments with a non-refundable deposit due at the signing of the contract, the final payment is due 7 days prior to the event. Packages are subject to applicable taxes. Packages and prices are subject to change prior to signing the contract.

Day of Service Package

Event coordination services two weeks prior to your event and present at the event for up to 10 hours

This package is perfect if you have done all the planning and just want a professional coordinator at your event. We play a vital role as the “director,” respectfully overseeing set-up, vendors, answering questions, and assisting all guests/participants to ensure all the activities fall into place.

Dream Package

This package provides you with professional coordination from the day you hire us through the end of your event. These services save you valuable time and money and alleviate stress by taking the big stuff off your plate to ensure that your event goes smoothly.

Fantasy Package

This full service coordination package will definitely put your mind at ease, knowing every angle of your event is covered.
