President, Event Coordinator – Veronica Valles has experience in coordinating various types of corporate events along with private, social, and citywide events that have made her the premier event planner to call when you need your event to make a lasting impression. As Owner and Event Coordinator, she has over 12 years experience coordinating events throughout the El Paso area to include employee awards banquets, goal accomplishment celebrations, holiday parties, company picnics, meetings, weddings, quinceañeras and many other types of special events. Veronica has also participated in the coordination of citywide events such as the Amigo AirSho, Mariachi Mile and Walk El Paso.
Office Coordinator – With more than 20 years experience in logistics, accounting and customer service, Alice brings many hats to the table for Imagine Events. In addition to coordinating events and rentals she is responsible for maintaining the financial records to include accounts payable and receivable. She loves to help our clients dreams become a reality by helping them put it all together. As a mother of three boys, she has developed the patience necessary to deal with any situation that may arise. When she can find the time she enjoys camping, traveling and romance novels.
Office Assistant – Vanessa Alvidrez is currently a student at New Mexico State University working on her Bachelors degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management with a minor in Business Marketing. Upon completing her degree, Vanessa plans on furthering her career as an Event Planner. Her time as an intern at Imagine Events has opened the door to many wonderful experiences and opportunities. As an Assistant Event Coordinator at Imagine Events Vanessa has learned the skills of time management, organization, creativity, and patience and loves to help clients make what they can only imagine a reality.
