Veronica Valles – President, Event Coordinator

As Owner and Event Coordinator, Veronica brings over 20 years of experience coordinating events throughout the Southwest.  Veronica specializes in corporate events and weddings, along with an extensive repertoire of private, social, and city-wide events, such as the Amigo AirSho, Mariachi Mile, and Walk El Paso.   Veronica up scales any event with her personal touch of class and sophistication, making her the premier event planner to call when you need your event to make a lasting impression and bringing on the “WOW” factor.  Veronica’s work is featured in wedding magazines including The City Weddings, and The Knot Weddings.


Alice Herrera – Financial Officer, Event Coordinator

With more than 25 years experience in logistics, accounting, and customer service, Alice is responsible for maintaining the financial records for the company to include accounts payable and receivable.   In addition, Alice also coordinates events with her signature trait of precision and accuracy.  Our clients’ dreams become a reality once Alice steps in to put it all together.  Alice’s work has also been featured in wedding magazines to include The City Weddings, and The Knot Weddings.


Judith Jaurrieta – Office Administrator, Event Coordinator Assistant

Our newest team member, Judith, brings vast experience in the customer service arena, from her retail, social services. and educational background.   Judith oversees the upkeep of our web page, social media, and expansion of our social network relations along with handling event rentals.  Her exceptional organizational, and creative skills brings a wonderful balance to our team and makes it complete.  Welcome, Judith!
